Who we are

Dyzen Solar Technologies is the Data Fiduciary for platform account data. For leads and files you put in a workspace, you are the Data Fiduciary and we are the processor — see the data processing addendum.

What we collect and why

• Name, email, mobile, company — to create and run your account.
• Password (stored as a hash) — to sign you in.
• IP address and user-agent — to secure the service and keep CERT-In logs for 180 days. Not for marketing.
• Contact-form fields — only if you submit a discovery request.
• Billing identity (not card numbers) — to process subscription invoices.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or request erasure of account data, and nominate a contact. Withdraw optional marketing from Settings as easily as you opted in. Security and tax logs that law requires us to keep continue until their retention period ends. Write to the grievance officer or complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Hosting

We intend to keep personal data in India (ap-south-1) unless a later notice says otherwise. We do not sell personal data.
