Current Dyzen Terms of Service.

The service

Dyzen is subscription software for solar businesses. Plans, prices, trial length, and refunds are confirmed when you start a trial or paid plan. You must be 18 or older.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the product, attempt unauthorized access, or host content you have no right to store. We may suspend or terminate access for breach. You remain responsible for leads and files your team uploads.

Hosted content

We act as an intermediary for customer content. We take down material on a lawful order or as required by the IT Rules. We do not release customer CRM data on informal asks.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Privacy is described in the Privacy Notice.
